Immigration Ordinance 1979, Government of Pakistan.

The Government of Pakistan has laid down certain rules & regulations under Immigration Ordinance 1979 (XVIII of 1997) and The Immigration Rules 1997. For overseas employment or manpower recruitment from different countries, we would require the following documents from the employer to process his required/demand of manpower.

These documents will be required as per the rules formulated by Government of Pakistan and may slightly vary according from country to country.
The employer shall prepare a set of following documents in English and submit it in Community Welfare or labour section of High Commission / Embassy / Consulate for Pakistan exists at employer's country. In some cases these documents can also be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chamber of Commerce.

United Arab Emirates

  • Power of Attorney by the employer in the name of Licensed Overseas Employment Promoter in Pakistan. (Attestation is required).
  • Demand Letter by the employer addressed to Licensed Overseas Employment Promoter in Pakistan. (Attestation is required).
  • Employment Contract between employer and worker (Specimen)
  • Request letter in the name of High Commission/Embassy/Consulate of Pakistan for the attestation of Demand Letter and Power of Attorney.
  • Visa Slip (Ammar Tehsil - For Saudia Arabia only)
  • Power of Attorney (Wakala) attested by Pakistan Embassy in employer's country.
  • Sponsor's ID card
  • Company Map (Ruksa Fathe Mahal)

Department of Bureau of Emigration Overseas Employment Pakistan had laid down following procedure for recruitment of Pakistani workers to work in Malaysia through Overseas employment Promoters ( eg Khash-i-een International)
