The Government of Pakistan has laid down certain rules & regulations under Immigration Ordinance 1979 (XVIII of 1997) and The Immigration Rules 1997. For overseas employment or manpower recruitment from different countries, we would require the following documents from the employer to process his required/demand of manpower.
These documents will be required as per the rules formulated by Government of Pakistan and may slightly vary according from country to country.
The employer shall prepare a set of following documents in English and submit it in Community Welfare or labour section of High Commission / Embassy / Consulate for Pakistan exists at employer's country. In some cases these documents can also be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chamber of Commerce.
